A protocol token
and a cash-flow record.

KYN coordinates the network. AYT is a contributor-issued record of verified machine cash flow. Two instruments. Two functions.

KYN Protocol coordination token
The network
coordination layer

KYN is the protocol token used to coordinate participation across the Kynetra network. It is not a security claim against Kynetra and does not represent ownership of underlying assets, cash flows, or any residual interest in Kynetra Labs.

Network participationContributors and operators stake KYN to onboard machines into the network. Staking signals network commitment and is required for protocol participation.
GovernanceKYN holders participate in protocol-level decisions — parameter updates, network policies, and the evolution of the standard as the network expands.
Discretionary treasury actionsProtocol fees flow to a community treasury. Treasury deployment, including any open-market activity, is determined by governance — not committed by Kynetra.
Cross-asset extensibilityThe same coordination model applies across machine types — vehicles, delivery robots, logistics fleets, and broader autonomous infrastructure.
AYT Asset yield token (contributor-issued)
A record of
verified cash flow

AYT is a contributor-issued instrument representing a defined economic exposure to verified distributable cash flow from a specific real-world autonomous asset. The contributor — not Kynetra — is the issuer. Kynetra operates the verification, settlement, and reporting layer.

Contributor-issuedEach AYT is issued by the contributor that owns or operates the underlying machine. Kynetra does not own the asset, does not operate the machine, and does not issue the instrument.
Asset-level granularityEach AYT (ERC-1155, one token ID per vehicle) represents a pro-rata share of net distributable cash flow from a specific machine, after operating costs, reserves, and platform fees.
Verified reportingKynetra's oracle layer publishes signed, timestamped revenue attestations. NAV, distributions, and performance data are reviewable evidence — not estimates.
Variable yieldReturns reflect the actual operating performance of the underlying machine — utilization, pricing, downtime — not a pooled or projected return.
Counsel-cleared structureAYT issuance follows a counsel-cleared structure designed for accredited and qualified participants under applicable exemptions.
A note on issuance

Kynetra is not the issuer of AYT and does not pool, manage, or guarantee returns. AYT is issued by the contributor against a specific machine they own and operate. Kynetra provides the verification, settlement, and reporting infrastructure that makes those instruments legible to capital. This separation is structural, not cosmetic — it is core to how Kynetra is designed.

How it works — the capital cycle
Step 01
Asset onboarding
A contributor connects a vehicle or machine to the network and stakes KYN to participate.
KYN staked
Step 02
Contributor-issued AYT
The contributor issues AYT against verified cash flow from the specific machine, under a counsel-cleared structure. Kynetra verifies and records — does not issue.
AYT issued
Step 03
Verified distribution
The machine operates. Earnings are verified via telemetry, platform data, and reconciliation. Cash flow is allocated through a standardized waterfall: AYT holders receive their pro-rata share, contributors retain a sponsor portion, the protocol earns its fee.
AYT yield paid
Step 04
Protocol value accrual
Protocol fees flow to a community treasury. Treasury deployment — including any market activity — is determined by KYN governance, not committed by Kynetra.
Treasury accrual

"Kynetra separates machine operation from the verified financial record around its output. Contributors retain operating exposure and gain a clearer financing path. Investors get reviewable evidence around machine cash flow. The protocol captures value from running the standard — not from operating the assets."

KYN supply
10B
Fixed supply. Demand driven by staking requirements and network participation.
Protocol fee
3%
Applied to net bookings after third-party platform fees, before the operating-cost waterfall.
AYT structure
ERC-1155
1 ID = 1 vehicle
Asset-level granularity. Each token ID maps to a single onboarded machine.
Driver pool
500M KYN
Reserved for the driver airdrop program — tiered by participation history and network contribution.
Driver program · roadmap

The first contributors are the
drivers being displaced.

The transition to autonomous transportation will displace millions of human drivers. Kynetra's network needs contributors — operators willing to onboard machines, share verified earnings, and participate in the standard.

500M KYN is reserved for drivers who participate early. Tiered allocations recognize founding contributors, active operators, and historical drivers whose verified ride history seeds the oracle layer's training data.

The economic transition from human to machine driving doesn't have to be one-way. Drivers who help build the network share in what it becomes.

Founding drivers
Drivers who onboard during the network's founding window and contribute verified earnings data to seed the oracle.
Active operators
Drivers who continue operating connected vehicles within the network during the public phase.
Historical drivers
Drivers with verifiable ride-share history (Plaid-style verification) whose earnings data informs network calibration.
